That’s a real advantage in developing a realistic determination of the likely actual selling price of your property and not just a statistical “guestimate.” 

As a REALTOR® and former appraiser, I have been well trained in producing what’s called a CMA (Competitive or Comparable Market Analysis) to help you determine the value of your home. Data shows quite clearly that when working with an experienced and knowledgeable local agent, you are more likely to determine a realistic value, or selling price, given your property’s specific condition and your time frame requirements. This is an important first step in the process that will lead to a completed sale.
