Bounced checks, per your rental agreement, are subject to non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees. Additionally, if not re-paid with good funds before the fifth of the month, they may also be subject to a late fee.
If any rent payment is returned for NSF, then Landlord may, in writing, require Tenant to pay rent in cash for three months and all future rent payments thereafter by cashier’s check. Consequently, it is to your advantage to pay your rent each month in a timely fashion.
