To officially begin the move-out or termination process, you need to submit a written Thirty-day Notice To Terminate at least thirty days in advance of then existing term or end date for the property.
If you go to the Tenant Resources page on our website, you will find a 30 Day Notice to Terminate Tenancy and Vacate Property Form on the Tenant Forms and Notices button. You can complete the 30 Day Notice to Vacate Form and then mail, E-mail or fax it to us.
We would also suggest that you print out a copy of the Move-Out Information and Cleaning Worksheet.
