Repair Request

Repair Request

If you are experiencing a repair or maintenance emergency: Examples:

  • Fire –call 911
  • Water Leak or Flood
  • Electrical Short
  • Gas leak – call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000.
  • No Water At All
  • Sewage Back-up
  • No Heat In Winter.

Make sure you are safe and then please call Mark Pryor at 925-595-4188.

Keep in mind that an emergency situation is something that is hazardous to health or property and can’t wait until regular office hours. Additionally, note that routine pest control is a tenant’s responsibility (unless it is termites or bees.)

Otherwise, before requesting a non-emergency repair, please read our Repair and Troubleshooting Guide, which can save you time and money! Note: Tenants may be charged for a service call if the service person determines that the tenant failed to perform routine maintenance tasks or if the damage was caused by tenant.

To make a non-emergency repair request, either:

–  place a maintenance request through your Tenant Portal; or

– call the office at 925-754-7000 during regular business hours;  or

– complete the following form:

Repair Request Form:

Please fill out and submit the following form for non-emergency repair requests.

This repair request, in most cases, will be reviewed within 24 hours and scheduled as soon as practicable. If submitted on a weekend or holiday, it may not be scheduled with the vendor until at least the following Monday or regular business day. Depending on the circumstances, it may also be necessary for the property manager to speak with you or to come look at the problem in advance of the repair being scheduled.

Once the vendor contacts you to make the appointment, it will be your responsibility to return vendors calls and schedule a time to meet. First Realty / Pryor & Associates will not make the appointments for you. If these vendors fail to keep an appointment – do not complete the repair – or do not follow up with another appointment, if needed, to complete the job, we will not know unless you inform us. Please contact us and let us know regarding any job was not completed successfully.

Thank You.
