There are a number of things that influence whether or not you will receive a full refund of the security deposit. These include, but are not limited to:
- damages beyond normal wear and tear
- carpeting not being professionally cleaned.
- the interior of the home not being cleaned thoroughly
- outstanding rents and/or other charges and fees
The bottom line is that may of the above items are directly controlable by you. So, if you leave us with a problem, your security deposit will most likely not be returned in full.
