The security deposit is set by the owner of the property. Usually it is equal to about one month’s full rent plus $200 -$300. If pet(s) are allowed, the security deposit will also be increased.
If you are reserving a future move-in date within the next 8 – 30 days, you will give us the entire deposit at the time you sign your lease with the balance of rents and/or funds payable in certified funds due on or before the move-in date. If you are moving-in less than 8 days from the time you sign your lease, the entire rent plus security deposit is due on or before the date of move-in and must be paid in certified funds BEFORE the keys will be issued to you.
