Repairs and Trouble-Shooting Guide: Refer to this form for trouble-shooting tips for general maintenance issues before contacting First Realty / Pryor & Associates regarding repair issues. Some helpful repair videos and articles links are found towards the end of the guide.
Repair Request: Complete this online form to submit a 24/7 email request for non-emergency repairs. All repair requests must be made in writing.
Satellite Dish – Cable TV – Phone Outlets Letter: This is the authorization letter needed to obtain satellite dish, cable TV, or phone outlet installation service in the rental home. You will need to:
- print off a copy of the letter
- fill in the date, Vendor name, Tenant names, property address
- sign at the bottom where it says “Agreed By Tenants”
- submit this letter to your property manager for signature and return to you
- allow time for approval, signature and return of the document before any installation
30 Day Notice To Terminate Tenancy And Vacate Property: We must receive written notice of your intentions to terminate and vacate the property at least 30 days prior to the time you will be ending your rental agreement obligations.
