No, we are a full service property management company and our fees for service are priced accordingly. While there may be some companies in the area that charge lower fees, we don’t try to compete against:

* lower priced property management companies who may have many additional add-on fees and therefore possibly higher total costs

* limited service property management companies where comparison of services provided are not equivalent

* Realtors® who practice property management as a side business. 

Often the ultimate cost of using a property manager is determined by many things other than the fee charged. Namely, the experience needed to handle a particular problem when it arises; the knowledge necessary to help keep you out of trouble; and the efficiency and manner in which maintenance and tenant relationship problems are handled.
