You do not need to be present for the final walk-out inspection, but we strongly recommend that you are. Inspections will be conducted during daylight hours only. They will only be performed once you are completely out of the property.
If you do not wish to be present you need to turn the keys, remotes, etc. into our office by mid-night of the last day of your 30 day notice; otherwise, you are subject to charge for additional days of rent. Once we have the keys, we will conduct a final walk through inspection and will notify you of the final disposition of your security deposit. (Please note that utilities will need to be on for us to finalize your walk-out inspection.)
