No. Your rental agreement, under the Tenant Responsibilities paragraph of the Supplemental Addendum, states that it is your responsibility to have the carpets professionally cleaned upon your vacating the property. This professional carpet cleaning is at your expense and a copy of the receipt for this service shall be provided to the property management company.
Failure to professionally clean the carpets, or to provide a receipt showing that it has been done, will subject the Tenant to the cost for this cleaning being automatically deducted from their security deposit.
