Yes, once you have sent in the thirty day notice to terminate, you make take as much or as little of that time as needed to move-out within the 30 day time notice frame. However, you are responsible for rent payment for the entire thirty days unless a new tenant moves into the home after you have vacated yet before the end of your thirty day notice time frame. If this occurs, which is unlikely, a rent pro-ration will be refunded to you.
