There are no addition of pets without the written consent of the property management company or Landlord. Any pet will have to be approved prior to occupying the property. If approved, an additional security deposit will be charged.
Please note: The Landlord and/or management company is under no obligation to approve the addition of a pet to your rental agreement. Any unauthorized pet(s) found to be visiting or occupying the property for any length of time or reason constitues a breach of your rental agreement.
